I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am highly trained to help people improve interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is a warm, collaborative, and personal one. Whether the problem is relatively new or something that has been troublesome for many years, I can be of assistance.
I specialize in helping people with anxiety disorders, particularly obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and provide treatment for phobias, panic disorder, social anxiety, general anxiety, and PTSD.
